Josh Cassidy was a popular go-go boy from Pensacola, Florida. He later moved to Atlanta, where he won the 1972 Mr. David contest. He liked to wear patriotic swimwear. Today, he is a community historian of sorts, one of the last known members of Georgia’s Gay Liberation Front and a survivor of the AIDS epidemic. Josh is, in fact, a living memorial.
